Two suspects were arrested following an armed robbery at Isipingo Post Office and a shootout with police, a short while ago. Cash was taken.
“It is believed that five suspects with firearms entered through the main gate,” said spokesperson of PT Alarms, Trishen Govender. “The suspects allegedly fled in a red Toyota Etios. PT Alarms Armed Response responded to the scene. SAPS pursued the suspects in Umlazi backed up by PT Alarms Tactical Units, Metro Police and other security companies.”
