Winkle bowlers look forward to mixed trips this weekend

Winkle Bowling Club is pleased to advise bowlers that the bowling green will be open for bowls on Friday, 22 November.

The club welcomes all bowlers to join for social bowls on Friday starting at 1.30pm for 2pm.

Trish Farmer will make the meal for Friday evening. Meatballs, roast potatoes, cabbage, carrots, rice and gravy is on the menu. Surprise pudding.

Should you wish to attend, put your name on on the board or contact Norma Raath. The attendance draw for Friday, 15 November, was won by Norma Raath.

Note the bowling green is now open and the club will play its monthly mixed trips on Saturday, 23 November, at 8.30am for 9am.

There will be a braai after the game, bring your meat and enjoy with pap and gravy.
