Amanzimtoti municipal repairs on track

The upgrade of the Amanzimtoti Main Beach toilets and ablutions which will commence before the end of the current financial year.

Ward 97 councillor, Andre Beetge confirmed that the long-awaited renovations to the Kingsburgh library and adjacent activities room (Lions Club) will soon commence. This will see the installation of a pedestrian walkway off Kingsway along Hall Road as well as asphalting of the library courtyard, welfare parking area and the area around the Lions Club.”

Final confirmation has also been received regarding the upgrade of the Amanzimtoti Main Beach toilets and ablutions which will commence before the end of the current financial year. “This is due to collective pressure from beach management in our effort to uplift and render the area more susceptible to both local users and tourists,” said Beetge.
