Tennis players head to Kloof for next game

AMANZIMTOTI Tennis Club didn’t have a good start to the weekend with lots of rain on Saturday, 6 April.

Unfortunately the first mixed doubles league match against North Coast 3 had to be postponed due to the weather and will be rescheduled. Eight players came down to the club and managed to have a couple of social games. The club’s next match against Kloof Country Club takes place on Saturday, 13 April. Team members will be contacted regarding transport to Kloof.

The development clinic, which opened on Saturday, was also postponed due to the rain. Hopefully this will get underway on Saturday, 13 April starting at 8.15am to approximately 10am. This is an opportunity for youngsters to learn the game. Loraine Osborne and her assistants will be there to show the children how the game is played.
