Swift action leads to housebreakers’ arrest

Blue Security obtained a description of the three suspects, which was circulated on the CCPO radio network.

Three housebreakers were nabbed by the Community Crime Prevention Organisation (CCPO), a security officer and the K9 unit after they broke into a Nkonka Crescent home in Athlone Park Tuesday, 5 June.

Blue Security responded to the call and obtained a description of the three suspects, which was circulated on the CCPO radio network.

One suspect was caught by a CCPO guard at the soccer field. CCPO and Blue Security patrol officer, Mbuyiselo ‘Triple M’ Mdunjane and crewman Mbambo Nhlanhla caught the second on the railway line and the Metro Police K9 unit nabbed the third.

All three suspects were handed over to Amanzimtoti SAPS.
