Research vessel spotted in Toti waters
The application Boat Watch said OGS Explora is a research and dredging vessel.
Concerns of a trawler fishing illegally in Toti waters on Thursday morning, 10 May were allayed when the Port of Durban confirmed the ship is a research vessel.
The application Boat Watch said OGS Explora is a research and dredging vessel, flying the Italian flag.
Engen Refinery said the boat is not one of theirs.
It could be related to the dredging taking place currently at Addington Beach.
