Domestic worker thwarts home invasion

The woman told the men she was going to get the keys, but then used the chance to call for assistance.

Quick thinking from a domestic worker helped thwart a home invasion in Ipahla Road on Saturday evening, 21 April.

According to the Community Crime Prevention Organisation (CCPO) three armed men threatened the domestic worker with a firearm and told her to open the gate. She told them she was going to get the keys but then used the chance to call for assistance.
