Firstly, head down to your favourite butchery, buy a pack of your favourite wors and fry it.

For your pap you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 litre (4 C) water
  • 5 ml (1 t) salt
  • 250 ml (1 C) mealie meal
  1. Bring the water and salt to the boil. Add the mealie meal and stir with a wooden spoon until thickened. Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes or until the pap is thick, stiff and cooked through.
