The first two criminals were collared at the ATM.

A security member from a large retailer at the centre, Bevan van Vuuren worked together with the banking team to obtain footage and the vehicle’s details, which led to the arrest of a third man, the getaway driver of a blue Ford Fiesta which appeared to be covered in bullet holes. He was netted in the parking lot.

The mall wants to send a strong message to criminals to steer clear of the vicinity, according to Bevan.
