How to stay busy while unemployed

Here are some ideas of what you could do to keep yourself busy.

It’s often said, “An idle mind is the devil’s workshop.”  Keeping busy is super important – that way you have less to think about and more to do.

Here are some ideas of what you could do to keep yourself busy

Volunteer at different workplaces– volunteering will certainly give you a sense of responsibility and something to look forward to.

Go to the library- read and research always help, you could read as a hobby or just to develop a certain writing skill.

Learn a new skill- always wake up with a new plan, strategy and ways of achieving it.

Get creative- try something new, something you have always wanted to try but had no courage to do it.

Stay active- go to gym, jog and do house chores to keep busy.

Catch up with friends- go out, have have fun. Loosening up is always a good idea.

Organise your home- move your furniture around or change the paint of your house.

Watch TV- be aware of whats happening around you, could be either socially, economically or physically.
