Man arrested for Whitfield Drive housebreaking

The suspect was still in the house and surrendered when he realised he was surrounded.

Swift response from the Community Crime Prevention Organisation (CCPO) led to the arrest of a housebreaker in a Whitfield Drive premises on Monday, 14 August.

CCPO and Blue Security responded to the call-out at about 12.30pm.

“CCPO and Blue Security patrol officer, Mbuyiselo ‘Triple M’ Mdunjane and the Blue Security officer arrived at the house at the same time,” said CCPO committee member, George Snodey.

“The suspect was still in the house and surrendered when he realised he was surrounded.”

He has been caught before by the CCPO. He was arrested and taken to Toti SAPS.
