Local deejays turn up the beat with new show

The deejays host their own show from 5.30pm to 6pm.

House music lovers are encouraged to tune into 88.4 FM to catch two local DJs hosting their own radio show on Tuesdays.

DJ Thandoh, AKA Thandanani Maphumalo and DJ Shoes, who is called Mfundo Mthuli by his mother, host their own show from 5.30pm to 6pm.

“We play anything from house music and deep tech to afro, electro and deep house,” they said.

Thandoh has been playing for about 10 years, while Shoes has been behind the decks for slightly longer.
