AMANZIMTOTI Rugby Club (ARC), which is now to officially be known as eThekwini Refractories Amanzimtoti, is proud to announce a title sponsor for 2017.

This is once again history in the making for the club which was officially founded in 1946.

The new sponsors specialise in refractory repairs and installations and have worked at mills and plants in across the country and Africa.

The company’s primary objective is to provide refractory installations and products that comply with both quality and safety standards and requirements set out by their clients and by government.

Jason Wesson, a good friend of Amanzimtoti Rugby Club and an ex-player himself, was instrumental in bringing eThekwini Refractories on board as the club’s title sponsor in 2017. For the first time in many years, Toti Rugby Club will field an U20 this year and is proud of its first-ever inclusion of a development side into the club for the 2017 season. “We certainly look forward to working closely with this team and developing some players to hopefully represent our first team in time,” said ARC chairman, Cliff Uppink. “We look forward to a great season and the continued support of the community.”
