Woman dies after N2 Umgababa crash

She was ejected from a vehicle

A WOMAN was killed when she was ejected from a vehicle after it collided with another vehicle on the N2 highway by the Umgababa bridge on Friday morning, 8 July.

According to ER 24 manager Jannes Prinsloo, the woman was declared dead at the scene. “Another female and male were treated for mainly back injuries and transported to Kingsway Hospital,” said Prinsloo.

“The Toyota Corolla and Citroen C2 collided at about 7.30am. It is not known in which direction the vehicles were travelling when they collided.”
