A Toti resident warns the public to be on the lookout for two men in a white bakkie who are going around shooting at monkeys.
Sylvia Stone said she was outside her Eland Avenue property on Monday morning, 4 January when the bakkie drove past at about 10.30am and she heard shots from a pellet gun.
“There was writing on the side of the bakkie like it belonged to a business, but I didn’t see what type of bakkie it was,” she said. “They were shooting with a pellet gun from street level down into a propery. What if there were children or pets in the yard? I was worried about my own dogs and my staff members.”
Unfortunately Sylvia did not write down the registration number, but warns other homeowners to keep an eye open for the two men and the bakkie.
