Two shot in drive-by shooting on N2 north in Athlone Park
Both occupants were rushed to a nearby hospital.
A MALE and female survived a drive-by shooting while travelling on the N2 north near the Dickens Road off-ramp in Athlone Park just after 13:00 today, March 23.
According to PT Alarms spokesperson, Dhevan Govindasamy, multiple shots were fired. “The male driver was shot multiple times, and the female passenger sustained minor injuries. No fatalities. Both were taken to hospital,” he said.

PT Alarms Response and various other security personnel are on scene.
Motorists are urged to avoid the area and expect traffic delays.
The Amanzimtoti police station did not respond at the time of publishing.
