Amanzimtoti CPF to host faith-based meeting

The Amanzimtoti Community Police Forum invites various stakeholders to the meeting to discuss social-crime matters.

THE Amanzimtoti Community Police Forum (CPF) will be hosting a faith-based meeting and prayer on Wednesday, February 1 from 09:00 to 11:00.
The first CPF social-crime sub-forum meeting for the year will be held at the Amanzimtoti Methodist Church at 3 Dingwall Road, in the bottom meeting room. RSVP by Monday, January 30.
They extend an invite to:
  • Members of the SAPS
  • Metro police
  • Security companies
  • Department of Community Safety and Liaison
  • Safer Cities
  • Department of Social Development
  • Councillors of wards 93, 97 and 109
  • Non-profit and community organisations
  • Religious institutions
  • Businesses
  • Members of the community
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss social-crime matters.
“Should your department or organisation have any proposed joint crime-prevention initiatives for the year, please come prepared to discuss potential partnerships and collaboration,” said the CPF’s public relations officer, Estelle van Eeden.
The faith-based meeting and prayer will be from 09:00 to 10:00, and the social-crime meeting will take place from 10:00 to 11:00.
