The businesses which are lauded as the winners will receive a certificate noting their win and a special supplement highlighting the results of the poll, will be published in the South Coast Sun Newspaper in June 2021.

READERS are spoilt for choice when it comes to ways they can win in the Sun’s annual Absolute Best Readers’ Choice Awards 2021. You now have several ways in which to make known your favourite businesses across 51 categories. And by voting, you stand a chance to win the amazing night’s stay at The View Boutique Hotel.
–Drop off your entry forms at the Sun offices at 33 Main Road, Amanzimtoti.
– Email: Scan and email the entries to suncompetitions@dbn.caxton.co.za, Subject Line: South Coast Sun Absolute Best Awards.
– STRICTLY One Entry Per person is allowed. Entries with the same handwriting will be disqualified regardless of whether the contact information at the bottom is different.
– Entries are not allowed to be duplicated with different contact information. (ie, you are not allowed to fill in the forms with the same 20 companies and put in different contact information). Where this syndicated form of voting is identified, these entry forms will be disqualified.
– At least 20 categories must be filled in for the entry form to be entered.
– Name, email address and telephone numbers are essential. Entries not meeting these criteria will not be entered into the draw for the prizes.
– South Coast Sun reserves the right to verify all entries and to eliminate any category or entry that does not match the criteria.
– Entries must reach South Coast Sun by 4pm on 14 May 2021.
– South Coast Sun will not be held responsible for lost, late, misdirected or undelivered mail. The winners of the weekend prize will be drawn by a South Coast Sun representative.
– Prize winners will be notified by telephone and will have seven days from date of the draw to reply and claim the prize. All prizes to be collected from 33 Main Road, Doonside. If any winner does not claim the prize, an alternative winner will be drawn. No substitutions will be made for the prize.
– Winners agree to have their names and photographs published.
– The outcome of the vote is final once verified and no correspondence will be entered into. Best “winners” in each category are determined only by the reader’s vote.
