Law enforcement officials visits Isipingo

According to Govindasamy, offenders violating the lockdown rules were taken into custody. 

The South African Army, Isipingo SAPS, Metro Police and PT Alarms Tactical Unit members were deployed into the streets of Isipingo to ensure that lockdown within the community was running smoothly, on Monday, 6 April.

PT Alarms spokesperson, Dhevan Govindasamy said, “Members of the community are urged to heed the warning issued by our esteemed President Cyril Ramaphosa and remain inside their homes. No unnecessary movement and travel is permitted for the safety of all citizens. PT Alarms salutes the law enforcement members on their dedication and commitment in serving and protecting the citizens of South Africa and ensuring stability in our country during the coronavirus lockdown period.”

According to Govindasamy, offenders violating the lockdown rules were taken into custody.
