Recycling centre set to be rehoused

Jean-Claude will remain committed to recycling in the area.

Local environmentalist, Jean-Claude Matthysen, is set to rehouse his recycling centre after being recently sponsored a piece of land.

The rehousing is due to the organisation outgrowing the home-based recycling centre. The move is set to commence in weeks to come.

“I knew we would get to the point where our project would get too big for our house. But I had faith that we would, by that time, at least have another plan. Thankfully, we do have a plan now. That entire piece of land was given to us on Thursday afternoon last week,” said Jean-Claude.

While the land is based near the Giba Gorge, while it is a distance from Toti, Jean-Claude will remain committed to recycling in the area.
