Kuswag Skool has some sport stars

Silke Bester was selected for the U13 KZN girls hockey team in May.

Celeste-Lee Laidlaw was selected earlier this year for the KZN field netball U13 girls team.
She went on to make the U14 KZN action netball team as well, where she will represent KZN in 2020 at the inter-provincial junior action netball tournament. Celeste is also deputy head girl at Kuswag Skool senior primary.

 

Sisters Wilma and Jaun-Marie Ballack have both been selected to represent KZN at the Ringball SA schools championships in Pretoria from 22 to 29 September. Wilma is in the U15 girls team and Jaun-Marie is in the U11 girls team. Wilma also recently received the award of most promising female player of the year at eThekweni Ringball Club.

She has also been keeping herself fit lately as part of Kuswag Skool’s mountain biking team where she has recently participated in three different Spur Schools mountain bike challenges and received two third places and one second place. Silke is also part of her school’s junior tennis team who won all their matches this season.
