Christo aces the Iron Man triathlon
It was a very proud moment for Christo Botha who competed in the Iron Man 70.3 triathlon which took place on Sunday, 7 April in Port Elizabeth and finished in an amazing time of 13:49:08.

N Mcdonald-Watson competed in the ASICS Greater Manchester Marathon which was held on Sunday, 7 April and finished in a time of 04:15:35.

Reflective belts are mandatory for time trials.
Weekly time trials are on Wednesdays at 5.30pm for walkers and 6pm for runners (4km or 8km route). Visitors are welcome to join in and should meet at the clubhouse at Hutchison Park. On Saturdays there is an 11km run and walk from the clubhouse at 5.30am for walkers and 6am for runners. Refreshments are served afterwards.
