BREAKING NEWS: Two pedestrians killed when cars collide on R603

Both the deceased are men in their 20s and 30s.

Two pedestrians were killed when two vehicles collided on the R603 at about 11am today (Friday, 25 August).

According to Rescue Care spokesman Garrith Jamieson, four other people were injured.
“Both the deceased are men in their 20s and 30s. They died when one of the vehicles went up an embankment after colliding with the other.”

The injured were treated by paramedics at the scene, before being transported to hospital for further care. SAPS will investigate the cause of the collision.
