Although she faced many difficulties with her health, she showed great determination and never gave up.

Dedication, determination and courage are three words that come to mind when considering Linda Naidu’s efforts in achieving a Ford Academy Platinum Award.

She has been with Halfway Ford Port Shepstone since May 2019, working as a service advisor.

Her calm, friendly manner has not gone unnoticed by colleagues and customers.

“I love interacting with customers and do so on a daily basis. I work with a fantastic team, and we always do our best to give our customers the best possible service,” she said.

Linda was delighted to have received the award and pleased to have made her family and Halfway Ford proud.

There’s much to be proud of.

Despite the great difficulties she faces with her health in fighting cancer, Linda has still been able to complete all the courses allocated to her by the Ford Academy while going for treatment and attain all the prescribed levels of achievement.

Linda said the keys to this success had been dedication, perseverance, inspiration and motivation. She has shown great determination and never given up.

“I cannot say thank you enough to my Halfway family for all the support and encouragement,” she said.

Linda said hard work and determination was a stepping stone to success.

She said she enjoys her work as a service advisor.

“I love what I do, and I am passionate about my job, giving my best every day. I am definitely a team player, assisting wherever I can. God has been my strong foundation; His unmerited favour over me has accelerated me to where I am,” she said.
