Medals for young Scottburgh athletes

Madelein Wilmas achieved a new personal best at the event.

Scottburgh Athletic Club members recently participated in the KZNA Track and Field League Event 1 in Pietermaritzburg at the Msunduzi Athletics Stadium.

They produced some great results with Jenna Rossouw in third place for 200m u16, Fezile Maphumulo third for 200m u20, Oliver Vach third for 200m senior and Simphiwe Ngcobo third for 200m senior.

Simphiwe also took second place for senior high jump, and Madelein Wilmas is applauded for earning first place for 200m u20 with a new personal best.
