Two engine and gearbox combinations are offered for the Grand Creta in South Africa. When it comes to engine options, Hyundai is offering both petrol and diesel engines, with a choice of 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearboxes. The 2.0-litre, naturally-aspirated petrol engine develops 117 kW and 191 Nm, while the 1.5-litre turbodiesel has 84kw and 250 Nm of torque.
