The Childhood Cancer Foundation South Africa, better known as CHOC provides free, comprehensive support to families of children with cancer and life-threatening blood disorders.
CHOC is always in need of funds to carry out its vital work, so please sign up for the charity fun run/walk/cycle which takes place at the Uvongo Fishing Pier in Lillicrona Boulevard on Monday, April 15.
You can choose to compete over either five or 10 kilometres in these events, and for the super-fit, there is also the option of a duathalon comprising a five km run and 10km cycle.
Registration is between 7.15am and 7.55am, with competitors setting off at 8am.
Entry fee is R25 and everyone is invited to attend…walkers, runners, cyclists, those in wheelchairs and those pushing prams – even dogs on leads can lend their support to this fund-raiser.
