Blair Atholl Estate
The Median Asking Price of R15.8 million is enough to make your eyes water. However, this prestigious estate has both a Gary Player-designed golf course as well as an equestrian centre. The prime location between the Cradle of Humankind and the Renosterspruit Nature Conservatory is also a major drawcard.
Helderontein Estate
Conveniently located in Fourways, this modern estate is focused on providing an outdoor lifestyle and appeals to a range of buyers. The Median Asking Price here is just under R8 million and it boasts large parklands and greenbelts to enjoy. It is one of two estates in Fourways, with the Dainfern Golf Estate being another option here. That estate’s Median Asking Price is around R7.75 million.
Southdowns Estate
If you would prefer being closer to Pretoria, check out Southdowns Estate in Centurion East. It is inspired by the farm lifestyle, with incredible country homes and open spaces. Large portions of the estate are used to preserve local flora and fauna, while 50 hectares are still dedicated to the Irene Dairy Farm.
Serengeti Golf and Wildlife Estate
One of the more reasonable options on the list, Serengeti Estate has a Median Asking Price of just under R6 million. It is found a mere 15km out from the OR Tambo International Airport and has a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course.
