NEWSPAPERS these days seem to be filled with seriously bad news.
Murders, rapes, assaults, home invasions, hijackings, crashes and thieving make for everyday reading.
And on the political and economic fronts the news is sometimes even more depressing.
But this week’s Herald is, just for a nice change, also jam-packed with feel-good news.
From Uncle Solly Bux’s act of kindness to help a young man who would one day become the Deputy Chief Justice, to the amazing rescue of Jello the seal who washed up on our shores.
South Coast Hospice received two generous donations to assist with its work and there are many fantastic festivals taking place this weekend.
