Weekend of tears

More than 30 people, including three children were killed on KwaZulu-Natal roads over Easter.

 

THE Easter holiday long weekend was marred by tragedy on the South Coast.

Last Wednesday an Austrian tourist died while diving off Protea Banks.

There has been much speculation, especially on social media, about whether the man died from natural causes or if he was attacked by a shark.

Only his lower limbs were recovered from the water.

A horrific motor crash on the toll road on Easter Monday claimed the lives of nine people.

More than 30 people, including three children were killed on KwaZulu-Natal roads over Easter.

Two years ago three people burned to death near the Shelly Beach off-ramp on the toll road. The case has still not been finalised.
