Festive greetings

The coast is braced for its busiest week of the year.

BY now most of our regular visitors have arrived, hoping to enjoy a well-deserved break.

It has been a tough year, by all accounts, so this holiday is much needed by just about everyone.

Things can get a little stressful as the area fills up, so a large dose of patience is required by everyone.

It’s a time to look out for one another, to spread the cheer and goodwill.

That is what the season is all about.

To our visitors, we welcome you with open arms. All we ask is that you leave our beautiful area in the state you found it.

We seriously hope there are no water issues, we simply cannot afford that service to malfunction!

To the locals, go out of your way to make the visitors’ holiday one to remember, for all the right reasons.

Merry Christmas.

NB: Editor Colleen Haggard is on well-deserved leave.
