Join bike ride and trail run at Rocky Bay

Get ready for a day of family-friendly fun and adventure at the Umdoni Coastal Adventure Mountain Bike Ride and Trail Run.
Scheduled for July 13 at the scenic Rocky Bay Trails, this event promises something for everyone, whether you’re a casual participant or a serious athlete.
Hosted by Umdoni Christian Academy, in association with Badgers Cycling and Sports Centre, this annual sporting event proved to be a highlight for both locals and visitors to the area in 2023 and is set to be bigger and better this year.
There will be a fun run/ride where people can enjoy an easy and enjoyable 6km route, perfect for families and beginners, winding through well-maintained trails in the lush forests and farmlands.
For serious athletes, test your endurance with challenging 10km and 20km trail runs or tackle the 20km and 45km cycling routes.
The first 100 entries will receive special gift bags. Bring your loved ones along for a healthy and memorable day out. Enjoy coffee and delicious food on-site as you soak up the great winter weather that the South Coast has to offer.
Enter online at www.roag.org prior to the event or register on the day between 06:00 and 07:30. Start times and route maps will be available the week before the race on the ROAG website.
