Rugby honour for Rob
Douglas Mitchell Sports Club will host the Sangora Champs next year.
Rob van der Merwe has been elected to represent the South African National Golden Oldie Rugby Association (Sangora) for the KwaZulu-Natal region.
Dennis Steenmans, chairman of Douglas Mitchell Sports Club, congratulated Rob and said it was an honour for the club, local rugby and the South Coast.
“Now the hard work starts,” he said with a smile.
Douglas Mitchell Sports Club will host the Sangora Champs next year.
