Convenor Johnny de Wet said that through the generous contributions of participants and sponsors alike, the event raised funds to support Rotary’s multifaceted mission.
“This includes providing essential services, such as access to clean water through water tanks, sanitation facilities, as well as promoting skills development and education initiatives, particularly for vulnerable youth,” he said.
Former president Brian Blumrick extended his heartfelt gratitude on behalf of the Rotarians to the club, sponsors and golfers.
“Their collective efforts have made a tangible difference in the lives of those in need,” he said.
