Three aces from Southbroom golfers

It's been a season for the perfect fluke.

Three Southbroom golfers have enjoyed that sensational hole-in-one feeling in recent times.

First up was wily veteran Mike Lig, who aced the 14th at Southbroom in mid January.

Then it was Stefan le Roux’s turn to light things up, with a highly skilled perfect fluke on the 4th hole a short while later.

The next member to do so was Jean-Marc Bouic, although his came down the road at San Lameer on January 28, where he caressed a 7-iron shot on the 16th hole which he saw disappear into the cup.

The Southbroom Golf Club International Shootout takes place on February 23 and 24 this year.
