Good week for Eddy at Margate CC

The course is looking fantastic after some summer rain.

The 100-Club last Tuesday was won on 41 points by Eddy Roux, by three from Johann Erasmus.
Chris Nel had the only two-club of the day.

Eddy also won the club meat competition, again on 41 points, with Mike Jones second on 37 points.
Nearest the pins were Craig Rademan (2nd) and Schalk Oosthuizen (11th).

Chris Nel was again the only one who had a two-club, coming on the 2nd.
The Saturday meat competition was won by Craig Rademan on 37 points, one ahead of Allan Halverson.

Robert Mavundla was nearest the pin on the 4th, Peter McCarthy on the 16th.
The ladies’ competition was a Christmas Fourball Alliance with three scores to count.

It was won by Anika Mulder, Cathy Meyer, Dawn Howden and Suzette Olivier on 106 points.
Runners-up were Wilna Olkers, Connie McArthur, Hannetjie Pretorius and Shannon Gottlieb on 105 points.
Nearest the pins were Cathy Meyer (2nd) and Rina Rito (11th).
Rina Rito had a two-club on the 11th.

The Wobblers game last Wednesday was won by Marcus Donovan, John Ford and Keith Pearson on 78 points, counting out Johan Human, Freddie Boshoff and Thys Bothma.
The Arthur Tomlinson Floater went to Hans Dallinger, André Henn and Brian Jefferys on 72 points.
