The hugely popular two-day Beekman Classic will be played at Port Shepstone Country Club this Saturday and Sunday, November 18 and 19.
Bruce Holmes and Lionel Peters won the betterball Stableford at Port Shepstone Country Club last Wednesday on 45 points. One adrift were Alan Rowley and Ken Morris on 44 points, with Charles Hulley and Ian Stewart next on 43 points.
The Halfway Ford Business Day last Friday was won by Sheldon van der Merwe, Tom Pearson, Craig Lindsay and Greg Small on 85 points.
Runners-up on 84 points were Bruce Holmes, Ian Stewart, Justin Hinchliff and Alan Rowley. Third spot went to André Rabie, Morris Moodley, Rob Calder and Tinus Pretorius on 83 points.
The D’arcy Dental Monthly Mug last Saturday was won by Daan Swanepoel on nett 69. Kirk Larsen had the lowest gross, 81.
Division winners were Kirk Larsen (A) on nett 74, Bruce Holmes (B) on nett 74 and Thys Blom (C) on nett 75. Marietjie Stols won the Stableford on 34 points.
