South Coast Warriors run rampant

All the Warriors teams had excellent results.

The South Coast Warriors routed Jaguars 126-0 in their opening game of the First Division South rugby league at Douglas Mitchell Sports Ground last Saturday (May 6).

They are due to play at Douglas Mitchell today at 15:00, weather permitting.

Last Saturday it was one-way traffic from the first kick-off. The Warriors are missing a number of players due to injury, including the likes of Donovan Horne, Andromar du Toit and Graeme Bester. When they all return to full fitness, the Warriors will be tough to beat.

In mini rugby, the U11s, U9s and U7s all enjoyed wins in matches played at Crusaders in Durban North.
The U11s beat Rovers/Collegians 14-0, tries scored by Ryan Pronk and Aya Nyawose. Jaydon Koekemoer slotted two conversions.
Warriors U9s beat Ballito (pink team). The U7s beat Hillcrest and Harlequins.
