The D’Arcy Dental Monthly Mug held at Port Shepstone Country Club last Saturday was won by Johann du Plessis on nett 70.
Stableford was won by Vernon York (jnr) on 40 points with Vernon York senior second on 36 points.
The A division was won by Paul Geoffery on nett 74, with Gavin van Wyk second on 78.
B division honours went to Daan Swanepoel on nett 70, three ahead of Barry van der Veen. Daan also had the best gross, 81.
Tinus Pretorius won the C division on nett 71, well clear of runner-up Chris Boyce on nett 78,
The previous Wednesday’s competition was won on 37 points by Smittie Stieger, with Piet Snyman next on 36 points and George Bowie in third on 35 points.
The business day last Friday, sponsored by Halfway Ford, was won by Jaco van der Wal, Heber de Beer, Hennie van der Berg and Johann Venter on 90 points.
Runners-up were Smittie Stieger, Jimmy Adamson, Howard Crouch and Ken Morris on 88 points.
In third place were Bevis Fairbrother, Lionel Peters, Gary Vogt and Piet Snyman on 84 points.
