Arlene Bailey won the women’s Cora Hicks Trophy (individual medal) at Southbroom Golf Club last Wednesday, carding nett 71.
Runner-up on nett 72 was Louise Leal, followed by Michelle van der Hoek on nett 73.
In the men’s medal and Stableford, the medal winner was Bob Carmichael on nett 70.
In the Stableford, prizes went to Bruce Begley on 37 points counting out Gary Purtell. Next on 35 points were Neill Crossey, Clive Miller and Werner Duggan 35 pts.
Saturday’s competition was won by Jeanette Peyios, Lyn Doveton, Shelley Myers and Janet Lehmann on 92 points, followed by Dave Rush, Cameron Olivant, Gary Purtell and Andy Bossard on 86 points.
In third place on 84 points were Johan Wentzel, Brian Jolliffe, Ant Hughes and Derek James.
