Nations Cup beckons for pool players
The players thanked loyal sponsors who have supported them over the years.
A number of South Coast Blackball Association pool players have been selected to represent South Africa at the Nations Cup in England this year.
It will be held in the Spa Arena, Bridlington.
The players in question are Sharik Naidoo (U23 team), Jaco Buitendag (seniors), Kuben Govender (seniors), Terrence Chetty (masters).
This event is scheduled to start on March 26 and end on April 4.
Due to the high market rate of the pound this tour is costing each player around an estimated R40 000 and as a result the association humbly seeks sponsorships from the local community and businesses.
The players thanked loyal sponsors who have supported them over the years and promise to do them proud in the UK.
