Margate gears up for inter-house boxing event
Some of the best boxers in town will use an Olympic size ring on the day.
Get ready for inter-house boxing at Level 10 Lounge, Bar and Grill in Margate CBD on Saturday, July 23.
The best of KZN boxing – from eight boxing clubs – will be on the South Coast’s doorstep again.
In the heart of Margate the inter-house title will be up for grabs.
Roland van Rooyen from Box360 Movement said they will be using an Olympic size ring on the day.
“It will feel as if you are watching a world title fight at Madison Square Gardens,” he added.
Gates open at 12:00, with fights kicking off at 13:00.
Some of the proceeds will go towards underprivileged boxers.
Tickets are R100. They can be bought either online or at the gate.
