South Coast Warriors hosted Jaguars at Douglas Mitchell Sports Club on a chilly Saturday afternoon.

The second team had an impressive 52-7 win over the visitors, running in eight tries.

These were scored by Jason Kobben, Gareth Pieterse, Duan Potgieter (2), Che Woodenberg, Chad van Niekerk, Chad Landsberg and Xolani Batyi.

Four conversions were kicked by Jaundré Michau and one each by Taine Booker and Duan Potgieter.

The first team put in a solid performance, dominating their opponents in attack and defence, running in nine unanswered tries to win 57-0.

Lunga Madlala completed another hat-trick, with the other tries dotted down by Josh Walden, Michael Helmand, Dylan Kroon, Tiaan Breytenbach, Darren Nyman and Coenie Bezuidenhout. Daryn Nyman slotted six conversions.

The Warriors will be playing against Ballito at Douglas Mitchell Sports Ground this Saturday, with the seconds kicking off at 14:00 and the firsts at 15:30.

* The South Coast Warriors U7 and U9 teams traveled to Crusaders in Durban North for the final leg of the mini season.

The boys played their hearts out, with the U9s going down narrowly in their three games, and the U7s winning two and losing one.

Meanwhile, the season for the Colts has started. All boys aged between 12 and 18 are welcome to join the Warriors at practices at the club on Wednesday and Friday evenings, from 17:30 to 19:00.
