Striders athletes tackle Comrades qualifier

Sixteen runners participated and were satisfied with their performance and the organisation of the event.

South Coast Striders Athletics Club participated in the first Comrades Marathon qualifier at Kings Park Stadium in Durban last Sunday.

Striders runners, in particular, also used this race to qualify for the Two Oceans Marathon, and celebrate the birthday of Moira Jones.

Emmanuel Mufamadi finishes the 42km race in under five hours.
