Silver and gold for Saiki Dojo karateka at national champs

Saiki Dojo is affiliated to SA JKA and situated in Ramsgate.

Members of Saiki Dojo have taken their karate to the next level. A NUMBER of karateka from Saiki Dojo took part in the recent South Africa JKA national championships held in Johannesburg.

There were some excellent results from the members of coastal club – in their various divisions – and the competitors more than held their own against some very tough opposition.

Jayden Forster won gold for kumite and bronze for kata.

Amber Farren earned silver for kumite. Genevieve Forster (dojo manager),

Shay Buchanan claimed gold in for both kata and kumite, as did Dylan Mollentze.

Saiki Dojo is affiliated to SA JKA and situated in Ramsgate.

Sensei Monya Palmer was very pleased with the results and congratulated the karateka on their achievements.
