A NUMBER of Margate Swimming Club’s members put in excellent performances at the recent Splash Gala organised by Blue Ocean Aquatics and held at Creston College.

Aside from the host club, MSC had the most entries for the event.
Age group trophy winners were: 6 and under boys – Keagan Ramos; 7 year old boys – Kal-El Vermeulen; 9 year old girls -Tehl-Cadi Day-Garden; 9 year old boys – Hayden Vermeulen.
Breaking records on the day were Everraud Raynard, Enzo Raynard, Tehl-Cadi Day-Garden, Bhengu Tshepang, Hayden Vermeulen, Kayde Orsmond, Kaitlyn Ramos, Mia Janse van Rensburg, Hercue de Bruin, Kal-El Vermeulen, Bengu Neo, Reuben de Bruin, Casey Jones, Keagan Ramos, Brodey Watson and Brooklyn Vermeulen.
Special thanks were extended to coaches Gerhard Labuschagne and Danielle Smit.
