Robert Mavundla awarded matchplay title at Margate CC

It was a bit of an anticlimax in the end.

ROBERT Mavundla won’t ever have an easier game again in his life. He was crowned Margate Country Club’s matchplay champion when his opponent Victor Mbhele failed to pitch up last Sunday.

“I think he was scared to play me,” said Robert with a grin.
