THE last show was run in lovely cool, rain free weather with good results all round. Handlers and their four-legged pals are now looking forward to the year-end fun Christmas show at Scottburgh Country Club on December 15.
It has been a great year for the South Coast handlers and their dogs, which have proved time after time that they have what it takes to be among the best. What has been interesting is to see is that agility training is attracting more and more breeds. South Coast clubs are well represented with rescue dogs, and now also include a special Chinese Crested and a West Highland white terrier (or Westie), proving it is a sport for almost any dog .
