Motorcycle club makes a difference
Anyone who would like to help the learners at Suid-Natal Primary can contact the school directly.
Bikers united recently with one purpose, and that was to raise funds to feed hungry school children.
Ruff Culture Motorcycle Club KZN South Coast hosted a fantastic family day fundraiser at the Hillbillion Estate in Oslo Beach.
The event was to raise funds to feed 60 learners at Suid-Natal Primary during the winter holiday.
First lady Petro du Plooy from Ruff Culture MC reported back that they, unfortunately, didn’t reach their goal, but what they did donate will certainly make a difference.
They encourage the community to send any food donations directly to Suid-Natal Primary should they wish to still contribute.
The day was filled with lots of activities, and the club thanked the live bands, Margate Pipes and Drums and dancers for the entertainment.
Du Plooy said that, all-and-all, they had a great day at a beautiful venue with awesome people.
“We had great sponsors and lovely prizes. The raffle winner for the helicopter ride that was sponsored by Airtrack101 was contacted directly,” she said.
