Nzala wins, White Buffalo surprises

The next boxing event to keep an eye on will be held at the Wild Coast Sun in August.

Nbuhlebenkosi Nzala of Box360 Movement was the fight of the night winner at a recent local boxing event held at Douglas Mitchell Sports Ground.

It was hosted by Box360 Movement and saw many members from various boxing clubs compete.

Owner Roland van Rooyen thanked those who took part, saying it was helping to keep the spirit of boxing alive in KwaZulu-Natal.

There was a major surprise in store on the night, with the White Buffalo – aka former IBF heavyweight champion Francois Botha – making an appearance.

Ursula Claassens of White Buffalo Boxing said boxers, fans, and especially the younger participants were thrilled to see and hear from Botha.

Known for his humble and kind demeanour, he shared valuable insights with the crowd.

He reminded everyone of the blessings that come from believing in the power of faith, saying God is good all the time.

The White Buffalo was pleased to announce an upcoming boxing event to be held at the Wild Coast Sun in August.

His presence at the boxing made an impact on all those in attendance, inspiring them to pursue their passions with determination and humility.

Jordan Peace from Box360 is one of the local fighters who will fight on the card at that event.
